If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with any good or service that we provide, don’t hesitate to contact us and we will discuss any of the issues you are going through with our product.
Following terms will apply for any kind of refund & return:
- As we are a digital service provider there will be no return policy.
- To get a refund you must mail us to email@example.com from the e-mail which you use to order your service.
- You can’t make a dispute with our payment service provider (PayPal, Stripe, etc.) without contacting us about a refund. If you do this, it will be count as violation of terms and you won’t get any refund.
- If you think your account is used by someone else you must first contact us with proper documents which we can use to verify the authorization of the Payment source belongs to you.
- If you want to cancel your service for “change of mind” or any other issue after completing the payment, you will not get a 100% refund. We will deduct 5% + Payment service provider charge as a penalty.
- You have to contact us within 3 days after the completion of the service to initiate any refund process.
- First of all, we will take time to solve the problem what you are facing and you must have to cooperate with us to solve the problem. If we fail to solve the problem because of no cooperation from your end there will be no chance to get a refund.
- After a certain period of time if we can’t solve the issue only then we will give you a full refund.
